I offer group, corporate and small group classes, catering to beginners and experienced practitioners with a focus on vinyasa flow, hatha, anusara and meditation.

RETREATS

I have enjoyed assisting, hosting and coordinating events for other instructors over the years. My retreats and workshop collaborations, offer the opportunity to explore philosophy, music, dance, sound healing, relaxation and fitness, in the UK ( and beyond…)

MOVEMENT

As an experienced dancer and instructor, I explore therapeutic intuitive movement, fitness and choreography, as a form of self-expression and self-exploration.
